Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

• The product should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors or stains.

• Items such as custom-made orders and final sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return:

2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

3. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-refundable items:

• Sale items or items purchased with discount codes cannot be refunded.

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
